Aurizon
Aurizon is what became of Queensland Rail's freight business. The QR National name first turned up in 2004-05, when QR pulled its coal, bulk and container work together under one banner. In July 2010 the freight side was split off and privatised as QR National, and in 2012 it renamed itself Aurizon. Along with the Queensland narrow gauge fleet it ended up with standard gauge locos in NSW and WA, through Interail and the 2006 purchase of Australian Railroad Group.
The old Queensland Railways classes that have been withdrawn are over under Queensland Railways (historical).
