By using qrig.org you agree to these terms. They're short, and mostly common sense.

The information here

qrig.org is a hobby site put together by rail enthusiasts. Most of it was written around 2010 and hasn't been updated since, so some of it will be out of date and some of it may simply be wrong. It's provided as is, for general interest and research, without any guarantee that it's accurate, complete or current. Don't rely on it for anything that matters. Check with an up-to-date source first.

qrig.org isn't affiliated with Queensland Rail, Aurizon, Pacific National or any other railway operator, and nothing here is official.

Safety around the railway

The safeworking pages describe how trains were worked at the time of writing. They aren't training material and they aren't a guide to current rules. If you're out taking photos or watching trains, stay off railway property, keep out of the rail corridor and follow the law and any directions from rail staff. Trains are quieter and faster than they look.

Links to other websites are there because they might be useful. qrig.org doesn't control those sites and isn't responsible for what's on them.

The content on qrig.org is protected by copyright. See the copyright page for what you can and can't do with it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, qrig.org and its contributors aren't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on the information on it.

Changes
