The articles, histories, technical data, rosters and photos on qrig.org were written and gathered by a number of people over the years, including Mike Quirk's work on Queensland's steam locomotives. Each contributor keeps the copyright in their own work.

Using the content

You're welcome to read, print and save pages for your own personal use and research. Quoting short passages is fine too, as long as you credit qrig.org and link back to the page you're quoting. Australian copyright law allows that kind of fair dealing for research, study, criticism and review.

For anything beyond that, such as republishing articles or rosters, using photos, or using the content commercially, please ask first.

Trade marks

Railway operator names and logos mentioned on the site belong to their owners. They're used only to describe the locomotives and services they relate to.
