Clyde/GM PRL Class
The PRLs are seven old QR 2250s. The 2250s were rebuilt at Redbank in 2004 from older Clydes for heavy coal work, and twenty of them went to Transnet in South Africa in 2014. From 2021 Progress Rail brought seven back and rebuilt them as PRL201-PRL207 for Townsville-Mount Isa freight, and they're leased to Qube for its work in north Queensland.
