UGL/GE PH Class
The PHs are three GE PowerHauls (model PH37ACmai) that UGL built at Broadmeadow for Pacific National, with the frames fabricated in Townsville. UGL got the contract in July 2016 and they went into service in 2018 as PH001-PH003. Under the hood is a 16-cylinder GE Jenbacher P616, and you'll find them on coal trains on the Newlands and Goonyella systems.
